Disciplinary Code of Conduct

Did you know that your employer is obliged to furnish you with a disciplinary code of conduct to ensure fair and consistent treatment? If you have not received this, request one from your employer immediately.

Sick notes

Did you know that you ONLY need a sick note if you are sick for 3 or more consecutive days and when you are sick on more than 2 occasions within an 8 week period?
