Sick notes

Did you know that you ONLY need a sick note if you are sick for 3 or more consecutive days and when you are sick on more than 2 occasions within an 8 week period?

What are my rights as per the LRA?

I have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. I have the right to fair labour practices. I have the right to a safe and healthy working environment. I have the right to be paid the agreed wage/salary on time. I have the right to not be unfairly dismissed or discriminated against. I have the right to be provided with the necessary resources/equipment to effectively and safely perform my job.
